Tellaman & Nasty C Are To Perform At This Year’s #EssenceFest

You love South African music and hiphop?
You know about Tellaman? What about Nasty C? …. Yea sure they are very prominent young figures in the SA music industry.
Tellaman whose biological name is Thelumusa Samuel Owen is a 28 year old South African entertainer, he is a renowned singer and songwriter who also doubles as a record producer.
Nasty C on the other hand is named Nsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo, but prepers to be called just Nasty C, he is also a South African debut rapper, actor, songwriter and we can also add a record producer.
Indeed, he’s one of South Africa’s most notable performers, and is widely said to be South Africa’s best young rapper.
The duo have succeeded in taking their musical lifestyle international as they both have featured top USA hiphop rappers.
Nasty C is also a 22 year old and one of the SA rappers who has been featured on the famous US radio show, Sway, and also had his song remixed by Drake and also did feature on his tracks King and Jungle.
Just some hours ago, it was reported that Essence Festival is taking place this year, in few months time actually.
The TV show is one of the America’s biggest music festival, and it will celebrating 25 years of successful annual festival.
The music festival just this week announced the musical characters which are already lined up to assist in their celebration.
On the list is over 80 singers and they include America’s debut singers like Mary J. Blige, Nas, Missy Elliot, Pharrell and so much more.
The 2019 Essence Festival how ever hand picked some other singers from the coast of Africa, South Africa in particular and some of them include Nasty C, Tellaman, Amanda Black, and also Celeste Ntuli.
The annual festival is already scheduled to take place in New Orleans, Louisiana, between 4th and 7th of July 2019.
